**Summary**

We are seeking a passionate Barista to join our team at CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages and providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your contributions will help create memorable experiences for our customers while upholding our brand's standards.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including fresh tea, milk tea, fruit tea, and coffee.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and payment handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

**Requirements**:

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
- Knowledge of food handling practices is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
