**Responsibilities**

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Process cash and credit transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to effectively upsell specials and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, floors, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks during busy periods.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests positively.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A willingness to help team members as needed to ensure smooth operations.
