**Responsibilities**
- Manage phone systems, handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain accurate financial records by recording daily transactions in accounting software and spreadsheets.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial statements.
- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Generate financial reports as needed for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business operations.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Expected hours: 15 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
