**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate a saw to cut aluminum planks according to provided specifications and drawings.
- Accurately measure materials using tape measures, calipers, or other measuring tools to ensure precision.
- Inspect finished pieces for quality, accuracy, and conformity to requirements.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials within the shop or job site.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and equipment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report any equipment issues or material defects to supervisors. Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience operating saws, preferably for cutting aluminum or similar metals.
- Ability to read and interpret measurements, drawings, and work orders.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Willingness to work in a shop or warehouse environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with aluminum properties and handling.
- Experience using both manual and powered cutting tools. Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.

**Work Environment**:

- Industrial/production setting with moderate noise levels.
- Standing, bending, and lifting required throughout the shift.
