**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily sales operations, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and addressing inquiries.
- Maintain an organized filing system both digitally and physically.
- Utilize MS Office for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Proofread orders for accuracy and clarity before submission.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication within the office.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for effective file management.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and improving office processes.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop etc) would be considered an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$27.50 per hour
