The welcoming Le Jazz St-Gabriel residence is looking for a maintenance attendant. Reporting to the maintenance director, the maintenance attendant's tasks are to complete renovations and ensure cleanliness within the establishment.

Permanent position, 37.5 hours per week, daytime schedule (8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.). Weekends occasionally.

**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maintenance of common areas
- all other related tasks

**Construction**:

- Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
- Make service calls
- Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
- Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
- CPR training (asset)
