Registry Agent

**Job Summary**
As a Registry Agent at Lethbridge Vehicle Licensing & Registry, you will be an essential part of our customer service team, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all clients. This role requires exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a keen understanding of client needs. You will assist customers with various registry services, both in-person and over the phone, and provide knowledgeable support in all interactions.

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and analyze customer inquiries to provide accurate and efficient solutions
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all communications, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
- Utilize your knowledge of registry services to guide customers through processes such as motor vehicle registration, corporate filings, and land title searches
- Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate documentation of transactions
- Stay informed of updates in registry policies and services to better assist customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess and meet customer needs
- High level of professionalism, including phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all registry-related transactions
- Bilingual proficiency is an asset but not required
- Previous experience in customer service or a registry environment is a plus
- MUST be willing to work every second Saturday

Wage: Varies depending on experience in the Alberta Registry Industry.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
