- About the roleWe are currently seeking a **_Manager, Telemarketing_** who will play a critical role in supporting our growth and operations.
Reporting to the Director - Operations, Sales the Manager, Telemarketing is responsible for overseeing all telemarketing, customer service and operational support activities.
What does this entail? Being part of a dynamic and agile team that drives performance, new ideas and a high level of engagement.

**What you’ll do here**:
- Responsible for all telemarketing activities in order to deliver on our plan containing ambitious results and high-quality service levels;
- Develop and maintain a structure as well as channels of communication with key business stakeholders to communicate results and promote the department;
- Participate in the implementation and launch of strategic sales and telemarketing activities and projects;
- Implement a budget follow-up and planning process that optimizes our expenses and profitability;
- Participate in the identification of training needs and coordinate the implementation of training initiatives for the entire department, all with a view towards continuous development;
- Implement and oversee a quality program to ensure our highest standards of customer service;
- Prepare performance reports by analyzing operational data and trends, allowing us to respond with appropriate action plans;
- Ensure the development, growth and succession of the workforce through performance management activities and identification of key talent;
- Plan and oversee the hiring process for agents, coordinators and unit managers;
- Actively participate in executive forums to bring forward telemarketing issues, opportunities, and initiatives at the strategic level.
- Qualifications**What you bring to the table**:
- Bachelor's degree in administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three years of experience managing large teams (an asset)
- Experience in a call center (an asset)
- Bilingualism, fluent in both English and French, spoken and written
- Focused on growth and sales development
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills
- Decision making skills
- Planning and organization
