**B Town Bar & Grill** is an authentic Indian cuisine restaurant located in GTA providing fine dining and catering services. We are looking for a 2 positions of **Food Service Supervisors **to join our team.

Position responsibilities:

- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule staff;
- Train workers in food preparation & handling, service, sanitation and safety procedures;
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required to prepare a recipe;
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies as required;
- Perform financial activities, such as, cash handling, deposit preparation and payroll;
- Prepare food order summaries for chefs and deliveries of food according to the customers needs;
- Maintain reports of sales and wastage;
- Observe and evaluate workers to ensure that food and service meet quality standards;
- Develop policies, procedures and budgets;
Employment requirements:
Minimum completion of secondary school is required.

1 month to 7 months work experience in restaurant setup is required.

Wages: CAD 27. 00 to CAD 28.00 per hour for 32 - 40 hours work per week

Other benefits: 4% vacation pay

Terms: Permanent, Full Time
