**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Accurately identify and source parts for various power equipment and powersports vehicles.
- Maintain organization of inventory and stock levels.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding parts availability and specifications.
- Process orders and manage the shipping and receiving of parts.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of parts requests.
- Assist in monitoring inventory to minimize discrepancies.
- Provide technical assistance to customers when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist in restocking shelves and displays, and putting away new inventory.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a parts department or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand technical specifications.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using dealer management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
