**PATIENT EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR**

Join the dynamic Miller Health team in our new and beautiful 10,000 square foot facility on Mississaga Street East in downtown Orillia. We are looking for a Patient Experience Coordinator who is friendly, cheerful, detail oriented and efficient. Customer service skills are an asset and additional training will be provided. Our workplace culture is strong, with a positive and respectful foundation. We are seeking individuals who want to be part of a team that provides an excellent patient experience.

The Patient Experience Coordinator (PEC) will be responsible for:

- General PEC duties (i.e. patient communication, appointment scheduling, billing)
- Supporting clinicians with patient flow
- General office maintenance
- Collaboration with fellow team members to provide an exceptional patient and team experience
- Other duties as required

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a fast-paced work environment
- Experience with one of more of the following considered an asset: third party billing, clinical databases, accounts receivable, retail.
- Certificate in medical office administration preferred but not a requirement
- Customer service experience preferred.

**Competencies**
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective written and verbal communication style
- Superior time management
- Able to excel in a fast-paced environment while balancing competing priorities
- Proficient with computers, especially word and excel

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
