Regina, Canada Park Play Before and After School Programs Full time

Park Play Community Programs is hiring for Before and After School Program Aide positions at Schools located in the North, East & South Regina. Morning Shifts start at 6:30am to 9:30am and the Afternoon Shifts start at 3pm to 6pm. A reliable vehicle and driver's license is preferred but not required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Punctual and On Time for Shifts.
- Facilitate activities for Before and After School students under the direction of the Site Supervisor.
- Prepare food for Breakfast & Snacks.
- Interact with and build relationships with the Before and After School students to create a caring and welcoming environment.
- Assist the Site Supervisor with completing incident and injury reports when required.
- Complete cleaning duties as assigned at the site location, or as required by the Site Supervisor to ensure the facility space is being properly cared for.
- Provide leadership and guidance to program participants to foster personal growth and development.
- Communicate with Site Supervisors, and Management when circumstances arise.

**Requirements**:

- Criminal Record Check - Vulnerable Sector is Required.
- First Aid & CPR is required, (and can be obtained after employment commences).
- Experience in a Childcare setting is an asset.
- Driver's License and Reliable Vehicle is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize many tasks at once.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively speak in public settings.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Demonstrate leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Knowledge of educational principles and school protocols in Canada is an asset.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 30 per week
