Your meticulous attention to detail and robust sales acumen will contribute to the smooth operation and exceptional client service that our brand is known for.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Engagement**: Greet and assist clients by providing personalized service and expert advice on our diverse range of flooring products.

**Sales Excellence**: Drive sales through a deep understanding of client needs and superior product knowledge. Utilize effective listening and sales skills to recommend solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

**Operational Support**: Measure spaces accurately, prepare detailed client files, and maintain an organized sample system to facilitate smooth operations.

**Showroom Maintenance**: Keep the showroom pristine and inviting, ensuring it reflects the high standards of our brand and facilitates an engaging customer experience.

**Team Collaboration**: Work cohesively with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals. Share knowledge and strategies that contribute to a supportive and productive work environment.

**Continuous Learning**: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and product knowledge to enhance personal performance and provide value to our clients.

**Problem Solving**: Address and resolve client concerns with tact and efficiency, ensuring all issues are managed with a focus on customer satisfaction.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
**Education**:Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or Sales and Marketing an asset. Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

**Technical Skills**: Familiarity with interior design principles, blueprint reading, and renovation processes is beneficial.

**Mathematical Proficiency**: Accurate in measurements and calculations for space planning.

**Industry Experience**: Previous experience in flooring or related fields is a plus.

**Communication & Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent English verbal and written communication abilities.

**Sales & Customer Service Proficiency**: Strong track record in retail sales with a customer-first approach.

**Detail-Oriented**: Meticulous with details in all aspects of work, from customer interactions to operational tasks.

**Adaptability & Initiative**: Flexible and proactive in adapting to new challenges and learning opportunities.

**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Alternating Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

**Compensation**:
Wage Range: $20 - $25 per hour, based on experience

Sales Bonus: Eligible for performance-based sales bonuses

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 44 per week
