Popular Car Wash Whitby is looking for a Car Wash Manager to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage staff and delegate responsibility as needed
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Identify and resolve customer complaints
- Hire and ensure all employees and managers are trained according to policies
- Maintain constant training of personnel on systems and procedures
- Ensure that a high level of cleanliness is always maintained in the tunnel, customer areas, vacuum lot, and backroom
- Achieve profit goals for the location
- Maintain efficient personnel scheduling
- Oversee daily business operations
- Complete all administrative tasks in an organized, timely manner
- Maintain a safe environment and work experience
- Assess the performance and skill of all employees and conduct performance reviews.
- Maintain Car Wash equipment on daily basis.

- Professional look and demeanor
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
- Good communication skills
- Good customer service skills

- Mechanically inclined
- Basic understanding of computer software

- Strong time-management skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
- Self-motivated and positive attitude.
- Help Team to clean cars Such as Vacuums Cars, Hand Dry wipe down windows, and dash.
- Help team in detailing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Tips

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Whitby, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Management: 2 years (required)
