Hi there I'm looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to assist the team and me with business administration tasks.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Familiarity with project management tools like Trello
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Google Suite)
- Excellent time management skills
- Solid organizational skills
- Experience in credit repair is preferred but not required
- French and English proficiency

ABOUT THE POSITION:

- Draft and compose letters and written communications.
- Prepare and send letters, including envelope preparation and mailing.
- Translate documents from English to French (as needed).
- Provide general administrative support and office assistance.
- Employee Contract position (one year), with the possibility of becoming a permanent employee.
