Steamworks Brewery is currently hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for our Brewery’s warehouse in Burnaby. This position will have a heavy emphasis on scheduling deliveries, shipping & receiving products, coordinating with Brewery transportation, warehouse duties, and will also require working with our team of warehouse and production assistants on a regular basis. A strong work ethic, ability to multitask and stay focused, capability of working individually as well as with a team.

This is a full-time afternoon/evening position working 2pm-10pm Monday-Friday, reporting directly to the Warehouse Logistics Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling, coordinating, and prioritizing deliveries with various warehouses and vendors
- Training and coaching of warehouse assistants
- Training and coaching of Co-packer leads and Co-packers
- Working with Lead Driver and Delivery Drivers to increase performance and accuracy
- Ensuring that Co-pack orders are fulfilled in timely manner
- Ensuring accurate inventory of Steamworks’ and Customers inventory
- Working with Logistics coordinator to maintain minimum inventory levels
- Working with Production Leads and Supervisors to meet logístical needs
- Receiving and Processing Orders in ERP system (Orchestrated Beer)
- Distributing and maintaining inventories of materials/supplies on a daily basis
- Adhering to company policies and safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean working environment
- Driving delivery truck when needed
- Assisting in facility maintenance as required
- Various other warehouse tasks

**Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities**:

- Computer-savvy
- Skilled at assessing current processes and determining better more efficient ways to complete the task.
- Self-motivated, detail oriented, organized, ability to multi-task fluidly and meet deadlines.
- Must have excellent communication skills both written and orally.
- Ability to lead and manage staff
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to form and maintain excellent relationships internally and externally

**Education and Experience**
- 1 or more years of recent progressive work experience in a supervisory role
- Experience working for a brewery and knowledge of the brewing process is an asset.
- Post-secondary schooling in logistics (considered an asset)
