**Job Overview**: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Carpenter to join our interior renovation team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and finishing intricate woodwork that enhances the aesthetic appeal and functionality of interior spaces. Your expertise will contribute to the transformation of residential and commercial properties through precise craftsmanship and attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Trim and Molding Installation**: Measure, cut, and install various types of trim, including baseboards, crown molding, and window and door casings, ensuring precise fit and alignment.
- **Cabinetry and Built-ins**: Construct and install custom cabinets, shelving units, and other built-in furniture pieces, adhering to design specifications and quality standards.
- **Door and Window Installation**: Install interior doors, windows, and related hardware, ensuring proper operation and alignment.
- **Staircase Construction**: Build and install staircases, including railings and balusters, with attention to safety and design aesthetics.
- **Blueprint Interpretation**: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements and ensure accurate execution.
- **Quality Assurance**: Inspect completed work for quality and adherence to design specifications, making adjustments as necessary to meet standards.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other tradespeople, including electricians and painters, to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a finish carpenter, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in using carpentry tools and equipment, including saws, drills, and sanders.
- Strong understanding of finishes, and construction techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

**Physical Demands**:

- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Capability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy objects and equipment.
- Comfortable working in various indoor environments, including confined spaces and elevated areas.

**Work Environment**:

- Work is performed indoors in various residential and commercial settings.
- Exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures may occur.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, and hearing protection is required.

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: $23.73-$35.00 per hour
