**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide customer support by answering inquiries and addressing concerns professionally.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
- Proofread documents to ensure clarity and correctness before distribution.
- Answer phone calls with proper phone etiquette, directing calls as necessary.
- Assist in clerical duties such as scheduling appointments and managing office supplies.
- assist property manager as needed

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an office environment is preferred
- Strong proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with computerized systems.
- Excellent customer support abilities, demonstrating patience and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 18 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
