**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and oversee supply chain optimization projects across manufacturing, distribution, and procurement processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain processes, enhance coordination, and improve overall performance.
- Utilize data analysis and modeling techniques to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement within the supply chain, and develop solutions to address them.
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of supply chain processes.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for process automation, digitalization, and the implementation of emerging technologies to enhance supply chain operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and industry best practices throughout the supply chain optimization projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and success criteria for supply chain optimization initiatives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Effectively communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Business, etc.). Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
- Proven experience in leading and driving supply chain optimization initiatives, process analysis, and implementing improvement strategies within manufacturing, distribution, and procurement functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify complex supply chain challenges within manufacturing, distribution, and procurement, analyze data, and develop effective solutions.
- Solid knowledge of supply chain management principles, practices, and methodologies across manufacturing, distribution, and procurement processes.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects concurrently, and deliver results within deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to change, navigate ambiguity, and drive supply chain improvements within manufacturing, distribution, and procurement functions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using supply chain optimization tools, data analysis software, and project management tools.
- Leadership abilities with a track record of motivating teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and driving continuous improvement within manufacturing, distribution, and procurement processes.
