**ABOUT THE COMPANY**

Our client is seeking a professional, discreet, and service-oriented Executive Chauffeur/Concierge to join their team. This position requires an experienced driver who can provide seamless, safe, and comfortable travel experience, while also offering exceptional support with various personal and business-related errands. You will be a key ambassador, representing the executive team with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Safe and reliable transportation of executives to meetings, events and appointments within Niagara Region, GTA and United States
- Ensure timely drop-offs and pick-ups at Pearson International Airport, Billy Bishop Airport, and Buffalo International Airport for domestic or international flights
- Accompany executives on short-term trips to the United States (typically 3-4 days), providing on-demand transportation and personal support throughout the stay.
- Drive guests and clients to meetings, functions or special events, always providing discreet and first-class experience
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness (interior/exterior), manage routine maintenance schedules and ensure vehicles are fueled, serviced and presentation-ready at all times
- Provide concierge-style support, including running personal errands, coordinating deliveries or pick-ups and assisting with special requests as needed
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively adjust schedules or routes in response to changes in meetings or traffic conditions
- Handle confidential information with absolute discretion and maintain the utmost respect for privacy at all times

**QUALIFICATION**:

- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a chauffeur with a focus on executives
- Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Valid passport with unrestricted ability to travel internationally; NEXUS pass is an advantage
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; punctual and dependable
- Highly adaptable and flexible with changing schedules and last-minute requests
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact comfortably and professionally with high-level executives and guests
