We specialize in land acquisition, development, construction, and bridge financing through institutional, alternative, and private lenders.

**Job Description**:
We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand presence, support business development, and communicate our value to clients and partners across the real estate finance space. This is a hands-on role ideal for a creative professional with strong digital, visual, and written skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and maintain promotional materials: pitch decks, case studies, deal summaries
- Manage and update company website and social media
- Track performance metrics and optimize lead generation efforts
- Assist with marketing collateral for conferences, webinars, and outreach campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across internal and external content

**Requirements**:

- experience in marketing or communications (real estate/finance a plus)
- Proficient in tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Squarespace/WordPress, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Strong written communication and content creation skills
- Detail-oriented with a good sense of branding and design
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently or in a small team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Markham, ON L3R 1A3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
- Mandarin (preferred)
