Our client is an established Company located in Vieux Montreal and is seeking a highly motivated, versatile, professional, and organized **Bilingual Receptionist** to join their team for a **Hotel in Griffintown.**

Our client is currently seeking a skilled and friendly Hotel Receptionist to join the team. As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be our guests' first point of contact, providing them with exceptional customer service and ensuring their stay starts off on the right foot.

**Responsibilities**:

- Warmly welcome guests and create a positive first impression upon arrival
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about the hotel's services
- Assist guests with requests and provide recommendations for local attractions and dining
- Handle guest feedback and concerns with tact and promptness
- Maintain an impeccably organized and inviting reception area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth guest experiences

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service and building positive public relations
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the hospitality or hotel industry
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse guests
- Strong multitasking abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (French and English) and a friendly demeanor
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using reservation and front desk software
- Availability to work weekends and afternoon shifts

**Compensation**:
Hourly wage: $16.50 to $18.00, depending on experience and qualifications
