Club Pilates Membership Sales - Part-time Position

COMPANY OVERVIEW:
Club Pilates Davisville Village offers group reformer classes in various formats and levels to accommodate everyone seeking to learn Pilates and hone their fitness expertise. Club Pilates is a well-established, nation-wide brand, committed to providing affordable and accessible Pilates to the community. Club Pilates class formats target a wide range of clients’ needs - from teen to more senior, and, beginner to advanced.

POSITION:
The purpose of the Membership Sales role is to grow the membership base. The Sales Representative also assists with retaining current members and general studio housekeeping during class transitions. Pilates/fitness/dance and proven sales knowledge or background is preferred. Part-time shifts available from 5 - 25 hours (days, evenings and weekends).

**REQUIREMENTS**:
*Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.

*Goal oriented with an ability to achieve sales quotas in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.

*Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.

*Ability to stand for up to 8 hours throughout the workday.

*Must be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment, multi-task and meet tight deadlines.

*Must have proficient computer skills.

*Possess effective conflict resolution when dealing with members.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.

*Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting an individual’s needs and wants.

*Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production.

*Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider.

*Present available services to current or prospective members.

*Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.

*Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills.

*Attending grassroots events outside the studio for prospecting purposes.

*Other duties as assigned.

COMPENSATION & PERKS:
*This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $17.20 - $19 based on experience plus additional commission paid on membership sales and retail sales.
