We are seeking an experienced **Aviation Safety Auditor** to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong understanding of aviation regulations and a keen eye for safety and compliance. The position is primarily remote but includes regular travel for audits, training, and industry events.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct safety audits for both manned and uncrewed (drone) aircraft operations and maintenance activities
- Assess compliance with applicable aviation safety standards including ICAO, Transport Canada, FAA, EASA, and IS-BAO
- Identify operational risks and non-conformities, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective or preventive actions
- Support the continuous improvement of safety management systems
- Represent the company at industry conferences, training sessions, and client engagements
- Assist with the companies software driven system to integrate new technology into the auditing world

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in aviation safety, auditing, or flight operations
- Formal training or certification in safety auditing (e.g., IS-BAO Auditor Accreditation, ISO 19011)
- Experience with both civil and commercial aviation environments
- AME license or pilot credentials are considered an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple audits and travel requirements

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
