**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and prioritize daily dispatch activities
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Deal with Border connect & ensure the smooth operation of drivers
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to resolve any issues or delays
- Utilize data entry skills to update and maintain accurate records
- Analyze transportation data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize freight movement

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent knowledge of Transportation & Logistics
- Minimum 2 year Dispatch experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with drivers, customers, brokers and internal teams
- Familiar with Border Connect & dispatch software
- Negotiation skills
- Proficient in data entry and able to accurately input information into computer systems
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes
- Ability to analyze transportation data and make informed decisions based on findings
- Knowledge of supply chain operations, including 3PL (third-party logistics) processes
- Understanding of freight management principles and best practices

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
