Avnan is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team.

As a Supply Chain Financial Analyst, you will play a vital role in driving customer satisfaction, optimizing costs, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data in our supply chain operations. **Responsibilities**:

- Customer-Focused Management:_
- Analyze forecasted flows, operational capacity, and stakeholder alignment to provide recommendations for new customers.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Customers, and Engineering to improve profitability and data accuracy for quoting.
- Drive customer-focused cost reductions and improvements in customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer-level costing and pricing to maintain target gross profit.
- On-Time Delivery:_
- Take ownership of meeting on-time delivery and customer commit dates.
- Address issues proactively and minimize disruptions.
- Coordinate and communicate customer action plans with supply/factories and logistics teams.
- Forecast and Inventory:_
- Interact with sales, customers, and finance to understand demand forecast drivers.
- Review historical sales trends, analyze product data, and prepare accurate forecasts.
- Identify problematic areas and suggest improvements based on data analysis.
- Optimize shipping modes and schedules to achieve cost-effective solutions.
- Review component and finished goods inventory levels, adjusting them to match current demand.
- Develop inventory strategies for existing items, new products, and product phase-outs.
- System and Data Accuracy:_
- Create and maintain accuracy in finished goods purchase orders.
- Ensure accuracy in quote and cost management processes.
- Create and maintain accuracy in job-related activities, including verifying supplier invoices and inventory consumption.
- Continuous Improvements:_
- Plan and execute supply chain optimization projects to reduce costs, improve performance, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on supply chain performance.
- Continuously work towards improving KPIs and implementing best practices.

**About You**:

- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Material Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Forecasting, Planning, Purchasing, Inventory Control, or other Supply Chain roles.
- Strong business acumen with experience in cost management.
- Finance background is an asset.
- Proficiency in Supply Chain concepts, with APICS certification being a plus.
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or equivalent methodologies.
- Experience working in electronics manufacturing, EMS, ODM, or OEM is an asset.
- Working knowledge of ERP system functionality is required, experience with Epicor is preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost management.
- Knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Project management skills to plan and execute supply chain optimization initiatives.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally and communicate with overseas suppliers outside regular working hours.
