As a Guest Experience Agent, you are often the first and last touchpoint in a guest’s journey. You set the tone for their stay and leave a lasting impression. Your role goes far beyond the front desk. You are a warm host, thoughtful problem-solver, and knowledgeable guide who helps guests feel welcomed, understood, and genuinely cared for from the moment they reach out to us.

**What you'll do**
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism during arrivals and departures
- Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs with accuracy and attention to detail
- Coordinate accommodations, spa bookings, dining reservations, and local activities
- Personalize service based on guest preferences, occasions, and past visits
- Prepare welcome notes, amenities, and special touches that elevate the experience
- Contribute to a collaborative, proactive, and supportive team environment

**What you'll bring**
- 1-2 years of front desk or hospitality experience (luxury hotel an asset)
- Comfort with property management systems, Outlook, and office tools
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- A polished, professional appearance and approach
- Ability to multitask while remaining calm, accurate, and composed
- Naturally empathetic and solutions-focused mindset
- Accountability and pride in delivering consistent, high-quality service
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnights as required
