**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests promptly while providing menus and information about daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations, adhering to sanitation standards.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all dishes are prepared according to food safety guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, providing change as necessary and following proper cashiering procedures.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality by demonstrating effective time management skills during busy shifts.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous for efficient order processing.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation requirements is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
