**Our Next Target**

Are you an assertive and decisive **Quality Control Lead** who desires to develop and strengthen their teams to success ?

BlackCreek Labs is growing rapidly and we are seeking an experienced and talented Quality Control Lead that brings unwavering attention to detail and a penchant for following through on all projects start to finish.

Supervising our dynamic team of QC personnel you will spend your time between the production floor, programming and operating our CMM machine and updating various reports as required.

Further to this, other duties include
- Inspect incoming materials from processing for cosmetic defect, handling damage and accuracy / completion of CofC
- Inspect incoming materials from in-house manufacturing for handling damage and completion of traveler
- Observe and monitor production operations to ensure conformance to specifications and make or order necessary process or assembly adjustments.
- Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products, and recommend necessary corrective actions.
- Discard or reject products, materials, and equipment not meeting specifications.
- Maintain ISO policy and procedures
- Work with Manufacturing and engineering cells to determine inspection Criteria
- Maintain inspection calibration program
- Daily use of Hexagon CMM

You will be working mostly independently under the guidance of our outstanding Management team in pursuit of unwavering quality standards.
- May have started their career as a machinist - if so we’d love to know more
- They are confident in making make clear, educated decisions
- Micrometers, calipers and other measuring devices are key in their daily activities
- Has lead a team of skilled workers to success while maintaining consistent communication with clients and all levels of management

**Bonus round**:

- Have prior experience with CMM
- Have previous experience working within the nuclear or aerospace industry.
