Camp Counsellor

Kids & Company is Canada’s largest corporate childcare and still growing At Kids and Company, our greatest priority is to ensure that we meet every child’s individual needs, providing a safe, secure and loving environment. We are looking for enthusiastic camp counsellors to join our team in the summer 2020 program. Camp counsellors will help their camp leader facilitate numerous camp activities and go on exciting field trips with the children.
**As a Kids & Company Camp Counsellor, you must**:
- Have a positive and fun-loving attitude with the ability to work under pressure
- Be enthusiastic and passionate about teaching and working with children
- Be able to maintain a high level of energy throughout the day
- Be able to keep children’s attention through song, dance and play
- Be comfortable with taking the children on field trips around the GTA
- Ensure camp ratios are always met
- Be comfortable with documentation and reports
- Wear a camp t-shirt to be identifiable
- Perform other duties as required

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Have an update C.P.R and First Aid certification
- Be willing to have a Criminal Record Check and Medical check completed
- Provide a minimum of 2 professional references
- Previous camp experience is an asset
