We are seeking a Resident Care Manager to join our team, where you have the opportunity to grow your career and develop excellent skills.

As the Resident Care Manager you will co-ordinate services for our residents, ensuring quality resident care. The goal is to achieve a high standard of care, ensuring safety, and to promote quality of life for all residents in a home like environment.

**Requirements**:

- Current registration as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Alberta.
- Possession of certificate of basic life support at basic rescuer level (minimum).
- Experience in geriatric, rehabilitation or long-term care nursing is desirable.
- Knowledge of the nursing process.
- Post-graduate study in geriatrics desirable.
- Post-graduate study in nursing administration desirable.
- Possession of good leadership, communication and diplomatic relations skills.
- Must possess excellent planning skills, ability to coordinate activities and oversee a comprehensive nursing care program.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Licence/Certification:

- LPN (preferred)
