**Project Coordinator - Manufacturing - Peterborough, Ontario, Canada (Hybrid work arrangement available)**

**About the Opportunity**

**What will you do?**

Your day to day:

- Coordinating delivery of project manufacturing activities and deliverables to ensure customer commitments are met.
- Work with cross-functional teams to monitor and report on cost and schedule commitments
- Initiate and lead appropriate escalations related to any project health concerns
- Responsibility for planning and reporting processes related to project delivery (e.g. schedule updates, resource forecast, etc)
- Communicate project status to internal WEC stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Manufacturing operations that focus on productivity, cost improvement and/or streamlining planning and execution activities.
- Some travel may be required to support customers

**What will you bring?**

Who you are:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in coordination/execution of projects. Manufacturing and/or Nuclear industry experience is preferred.
- Successful completion of a post-secondary diploma/degree in a relevant technical field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfortable leading meetings and giving presentations.
- Strong interpersonal skills, experience working effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

- PMP certification
- P.Eng. in relevant field
- Proficiency in P6 (or similar scheduling software) is a strong asset
- Proficiency in SAP (or similar ERP software) is a strong asset
