We’re looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team and help streamline our daily operations. This role is perfect for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy, with strong communication skills and experience handling administrative and social media tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and send invoices, process payments, and track expenses
- Assist in drafting proposals and business documents
- Support social media tasks, including content creation and scheduling posts
- Occasionally assist on set during photo and video shoots
- Perform other administrative duties as needed

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Strong proficiency in reading and writing (attention to detail is key)
- Experience creating and posting content on social media platforms
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and invoicing software (preferably QuickBooks)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is an asset (for occasional in-person meetings or projects)
