Plasterer/labourer

**Job Summary**
Seeking motivated individuals looking to establish, or continue a career in construction services.

**Responsibilities**
Vehicle an asset, previous plastering experience (stucco or drywall), also an asset.
Must not be afraid of heights, as ladders, equipment, and scaffolding used to perform duties.
Working conditions vary from site to site.
Weather permitting when working outside.
Physicality is important.

No substance's that affect onsite performance a must
- Prepare surfaces by removing old plaster or drywall
- Smooth out imperfections and ensure a uniform texture
- Repair cracks and holes in existing plaster
- Work with blueprints to determine the layout and dimensions of the plastering job
- Collaborate with carpenters and construction painters to ensure a seamless finish
- Perform caulking and other finishing tasks as needed

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in plastering techniques and tools
- Knowledge of blueprint reading for accurate measurements
- Experience in drywall installation and repair
- Ability to work collaboratively with carpenters and construction painters
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Maintenance Person skills for various maintenance tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Casual, Seasonal, Freelance, Apprenticeship, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $18.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
