THIS POSITION IS TO COVER A MATERNITY LEAVE UP TO 12 MONTHS.

ACE Courier is looking for a talented individual to do the billing in the Lethbridge branch. Previous billing experience is not necessary but the knowledge of what accounts receivable is all about would be a benefit.

The individual covering the maternity leave will have full training under the current billing person for 2 months prior to being on their own when she leaves in June.

This position is 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday with weekends and statutory holidays off.

The following abilities and characteristics are needed to succeed in this position:
Ability to manage time and work duties.

Answer phones, deal with customers and drivers.

A good phone personality is needed as this position does a lot of talking to customers regarding the status of their accounts and funds owing to ACE Courier.

Friendliness and punctuality are very important in a daily routine for this position.

Being able to work with different departments in the office and branch is helpful.

The billing program is specific to ACE Courier so previous billing experience is good but not necessary as our program will be learned from scratch.

**Salary**: $21.00 per hour
