**Description of Work**:
Goode Learning’s _Program Coordinator_ is a team player who is committed to excellence in education. This solutions-focused and results-oriented individual excels at customer service and is an effective communicator who is eager to represent the company brand and its services. An innovative and creative thinker, the _Program Coordinator_ collaborates with the leadership team and represents best practices in teaching and learning with colleagues and clients alike. They bring fresh ideas to the table, which are informed by their educational experience, and facilitate team mentorship and capacity building sessions with the organization’s Teachers and Consultants. They also assist with the implementation of new programming, both at the Head Office and in the community, by leveraging grant opportunities and other funding sources. As a self-starter with excellent organization and time management skills, the _Program Coordinator _oversees the timely completion, review, and distribution of client reporting documentation. They also provide support and oversight on social media communications and content creation. This individual is not only a trusted member of the team who understands the importance of collaboration, communication, professionalism, and creative problem solving, but also actively represents and lives the organization’s core values of _relationships, integrity, solutions, and EXCELLENCE_.

**Qualifications, Skills, and Experience**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a certified teacher
- Minimum B.Ed.
- Ontario Certified Teacher in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers
- Additional Qualifications: Special Education Part 1 preferred
- Exemplary communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and a self-starter
- Represents best-practices in teaching and learning

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Reviewing tutor reports and managing/tracking timely submissions
- Build out in conjunction with the Office Coordinator and leverage her role to support success in this area
- Facilitating monthly tutor/consultant meetings
- To promote team unity, build capacity, live into and represent core value of Excellence
- Ensure quality control and alignment with core values
- Ensuring all mandatory training has been completed
- Customer Service
- Liaise with families to ensure premium level of service and address any questions/concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with GlenOak CCT Coordinator on relevant PD
- Distribution of relevant support materials to tutors/consultants that are in keeping with best practices in teaching and learning
- Assist with social media communication and content creation
- Investigate grant opportunities to further build programming and services
- Assist with investigating, developing and implementing new programming and special projects
- Indigenous and community tutoring programs
- In the office support programs
- Community support programs

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
