Essentra Components is immediately hiring for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a goal-driven Inside Sales Representative you will have an opportunity to call on and consult a wide range of clients within your assigned territory from equipment manufacturing, automotive, industrial electronics, fabrication, medical devices, renewable energy, production machinery, construction and agriculture to help solve their challenges. Essesntra is a global market leader in plastic injection molded, vinyl dip molded and metal components.

**A successful inside sales representatives will**:

- Be responsible for increasing sales volumes through an existing customer base of (300- 400 customers) along with prospecting for new account acquisitions.
- Be able to maintain a heavy volume of inside sales calls with a minimum of 20 outbound calls on a daily basis.
- Provide account management by developing business relationships with key accounts and maintaining regular customer contact.
- Carry out a range of sales initiatives to grow sales; i.e. via lead management, marketing messages, cold calling and working along-side Regional Sales Managers.
- Continue to develop their industry specific knowledge and Essentra’s vast product offerings.

**Who we are looking for**:

- An outgoing, motivated inside sales professional with a track record of success.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries with a sense of urgency.
- Previous sales experience for a manufacturer or distributor is preferred.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
