Are you passionate about crafting authentic Italian pasta and pizzas? Za Cafe Pizzeria + Bar is looking for a skilled Pasta Chef/Pizza Maker to join our dedicated culinary team. **Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of pasta dishes and pizzas following authentic Italian recipes.
- Execute day-to-day food preparation tasks according to Za Cafe Pizzeria + Bar standards.
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications to ensure consistency.
- Maintain a prep list of station duties and ensure the kitchen is well-organized.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene guidelines, keeping work areas clean and sanitized.
- Collaborate with the team to uphold a positive and efficient kitchen environment.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Pasta Chef and or Pizza Maker in an Italian restaurant/pizzeria.
- In-depth knowledge of Italian culinary techniques and traditional recipes.
- Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills.
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Additional Requirements:

- Previous experience of minimum 2 years
- Food handler's certificate (preferred).
- Ability to stand and work in a hot kitchen environment for extended periods.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

/Part-time

**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience
