**Our 1st Cooks**:

- Share various food preparation responsibilities, including line cooking;
- Have an all about the guest attitude - so they keep coming back
- Support and lead the culinary team to ensure and improve efficiencies - fresh ideas are always welcome
- Are serious about their work - they **abide by the rules and procedures** but don’t take themselves too seriously.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years cooking experience: 3 years as a 2nd Cook or 1 year as a 1st Cook, is required
- Red Seal certification an asset.
- FoodSafe Level 2, Safe Food Handling or BASICS.fst Food Handler Certificate.
- MUST be able to lift 25 kg.
- You have a POSITIVE attitude - when things get hectic, you are cool as a cucumber
- Must be available to work various shifts, including nights, back shifts, weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.70-$20.20 per hour
