**Description**:
E.S. Hubbell is part of the Hubb-Cap Ltd family of companies and includes Capitol Equipment Rentals, Capstan Fabricators, E.S. Hubbell and Brother’s Equipment Rentals. The Branch Manager will lead the team to achieve sales and profitability growth annually by implementing sales and marketing plans, increasing productivity and expense management. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial, self starter that is looking for a highly autonomous role.
**Responsibilities**:
- Grow the sales and profitability by developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies and building strong customer relationships
- Lead the customer service and operations team (2 team members total)
- Manage daily operations including customer service, estimating and quoting
- Responsible for inventory management, AR, purchasing and reviewing financial reports
- Cultivate customer and supplier relationships in line with the business’s goals
- Identify, evaluate and manage strategic risks and opportunities
- Manage the health and safety program creating a safe work environment
- Ensure compliance with company and industry policies and procedures
**Qualifications and required skills**:
- Value teamwork, transparency and accountability as a servant leader
- Experience in customer service and business development
- Must have strong communication and team building skills
- Ability to analyze financial reports
- Bachelor’s degree and/or French speaking an asset
- 5 years previous management experience preferred
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
