**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal products according to plans.
- Operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Measure, cut, and shape metal sheets while adhering to specifications.
- Assist in the installation of HVAC systems, ductwork, and other sheet metal structures.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with senior mechanics and team members on projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Basic knowledge of sheet metal tools and techniques (preferred for mechanics).
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical documents.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members.

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
