Toronto, Canada CBR Management Full time

**Property Maintenance**for a small commercial building in the Cherry and Lakeshore area_. T_he building is suited to the creative/entertainment industry and offers an exciting environment for the prospective applicant. We are looking for someone who has experience maintaining/managing buildings with good references.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- **Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the cleanup of the property to ensure a safe and organized working environment.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, lawn mowing and moving materials as needed.
- Mowing grass and trimming.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition by performing basic maintenance and reporting any issues.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure personal safety and the safety of others.

**Qualifications**
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- A valid driver's license may be beneficial but is not mandatory for all positions.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20 per hour
