GDI Integrated Facility Services is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Marketing Coordinator that will keep everything running smoothly while contributing to exciting projects that shape our brand across North America. This is a unique role that combines marketing coordination, team support, and project administration. You’ll work closely with our Marketing & Communications Director and our talented team, helping to organize projects, keep initiatives moving forward, and support a wide range of marketing activities — from social media and events to campaign execution and vendor coordination.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain our marketing project tracker: review incoming requests, assign tasks, and follow up with team members.
- Schedule calls or meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders to clarify project details and gather requirements.
- Assist with day-to-day marketing initiatives, including content coordination and social media support.
- Maintain and update our Staples print and promotional store to ensure materials are current and accessible.
- Support planning and execution of marketing events, sponsorships, and conferences.
- Coordinate logistics, vendor communications, and internal teams to ensure smooth event delivery.
- Act as an intermediary with accounting to process third-party invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and stakeholder feedback to keep projects on schedule.

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of experience in marketing coordination/assisting, communications, project coordination, or a related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with team members, leadership, and external partners.
- A positive, upbeat attitude and a genuine passion for marketing and learning new skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Sharepoint and collaboration tools; experience with AI, Canva and social media tools is an asset.
- Event planning or coordination experience is a strong plus.
- Must be based in Calgary, AB.
