We are seeking an experienced technology leader to help us continue to scale a fast growing SaaS and AI business. This role will be responsible for leading a 45+ person technology team and will be responsible for technical strategy, product & technical roadmaps and budgeting. This role will also sit on the senior leadership team and be a valued resource for business planning and growth strategy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and inspire a high-performing team of engineers, developers, data experts, and other technical professionals.
- Define and execute on the technology vision and roadmap, aligning it with the company's overall business strategy.
- A sharp focus on industry data management, cleanliness and scaling as supported in our platform
- Champion a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
- Foster collaboration across engineering, product, design, and other departments.
- Develop and implement strategies for building and scaling our technology infrastructure, ensuring security, reliability, and performance.
- Manage and optimize technology budgets and resources effectively.
- Partner with the executive team to define and execute technology-related initiatives critical to the company's success.
- Attract, recruit, and retain top talent within the tech team.

**Qualifications**:

- 7 - 10+ years of experience in leading and managing technology teams within a high-growth SaaS company.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software products and scaling technology infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps) and best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern technologies
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into actionable technology plans.
- Passion for innovation and a commitment to building high-quality, user-centric software.
- University degree in computer science or engineering preferred
- Experience with AI / Machine Learning preferred
