- Nightclub Security Bouncer Duties: _
- Work primarily inside of our nightclub or at the door.
- Patrols exterior and parking lot sometimes.
- Bathroom checks.
- Wear a distinctive uniform or all black.
- Positioned with an unobstructed view.
- Monitor patron behavior and level of intoxication.
- Enforce club rules often with early warnings.
- Patrons that show disrespect or aggression are to be taken out immediately.
- Removes obnoxious and offensive persons.
- Always professional when asking patrons to leave.
- Implement a policy to ban persons who like to fight, or gives us trouble..
- Use force only in self-defence or detention for police.
- Calls the police to enforce criminal acts, as required.
- Must control the over-service of alcoholic beverages.
- Must control over-crowding and club intensity.
- Controlling aggressive behaviors by individuals.
- Must control parking lot for loitering, drugs, traffic, and liter.
- Partnership with the police and liquor licensing agency.
Must be stern, positive, energetic, takes charge.

You will be working with 2-4 other security personnel as well, so team work goes a long way Communication is key
