**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date records of orders, including status updates and changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues promptly.
- Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate documentation of all transactions.
- Utilize Google Suite for documentation, communication, and scheduling purposes.
- Assist with clerical duties as needed to support the administrative team.
- Excellent English language skills - both written and verbal.
- Excellent Mathematical skills and Memory.
**Skills**
- CRM database management - updating products & contacts.
- Constant Contact - Mailings & Training notices.
- Sales support & quoting.
- Generating quotes, purchase orders and invoices.
- Limited Accounts Receivable duties.
- Reception duties: Filing, office supplies.
- Creating & maintaining monthly expense reports.
- Maintains office records, calendars and travel itineraries.
- Processing credit card transactions.
Pay: $47,910.00-$49,654.00 per year
