DH Warehousing & Fulfillment is a self-run warehousing company specializing in overseas warehouses in Canada. DH headquartered in Toronto with regional offices in Vancouver, providing professional services to customers throughout Canada.

**Job description**

DH Warehousing & Fulfillment is looking for a **full-time junior bookkeeper to work in office. **Diploma/Degree in accounting or related field is preferred.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Managing A/P & A/R transactions using Quickbooks Online
- Daily reconciliation of all transactions in Quickbooks Online
- Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
- Communicate with internal teams and clients for any invoice related issue

**Qualifications：**
- Degree/Diploma in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred
- Experience in Logistics field is an asset
- 1 years of experience as a bookkeeper
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks Online is an asset
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking skills, and the ability to adjust to changing priorities
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
