**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily restaurant floor operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Lead, train, and support front-of-house staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Manage shift schedules, staff assignments, and floor coverage.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for efficient service.
- Assist with onboarding and continuous training of new team members.
- Handle conflict resolution and performance management as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, liquor laws, and safety regulations.
- Work closely with the management team to improve operations and drive sales.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a fast paced restaurant.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Excellent Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
