**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Baking and Preparation**:

- Prepare and bake a variety of products including donuts, muffins, cookies, and bread.
- Follow standardized recipes and production guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure products are baked to perfection.

2. **Quality Control**:

- Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Ensure all products meet Tim Hortons' standards for freshness and taste.

3. **Cleanliness and Safety**:

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment, utensils, and storage areas.Adhere to food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices.

5. **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient production and service.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
- Assist with training new bakers and team members as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: - Previous experience in a baking or food preparation role is preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment is an asset.
