**Job description**

**Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities**:

- General knowledge of Industrial Manufacturing processes in a metal fabrication plant.
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on customer demand and resource availability.
- Collaborate with purchasing to ensure timely procurement of raw materials.
- Work cross-functionally with teams to ensure on-time delivery of finished goods.
- Track and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
- Communicate production status and updates to internal teams and the Production Manager.

**Experience and Education Requirements**:

- Experience working with ERP software’s like JOB BOSS or similar is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in production planning (metal fabrication experience preferred).
- Excellent multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
